Environment First
All policies of the Township must be viewed through the lens of protecting and enhancing the environment
Respectful Responsible
Development
Waterfront development must protect the “view from the canoe”, the tree canopy, and minimize blasting.
Fiscal Responsibility
Tax rate increases should be in line with inflation. Increases above inflation should be fully justified and clearly communicated to the ratepayers.
Bylaw Development & Enforcement
Bylaws must be seen to be enforced. New bylaws must be efficiently and effectively enforceable.
